Position Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, and ability to work with teams from various departments of the business to synchronize the functionality of the organization's operations.Use reporting and data to improve and streamline processes throughout the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Examine business systems, client needs, and processes to document requirements
• Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects
• Deliver ad hoc data and report requests, analyze data needs for both users and projects, investigate and analyze data discrepancies, and assist in migration and testing activities.
• Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects
• Define and measure KPIs and recommend improvements to grow the business
• Research and apply multidisciplinary statistical techniques, findings and approaches to solutions driving the business' understanding of its market, its internal operations, and its opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

• The candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in business analysis.
• A strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Minimum degree required: Bachelor's from an accredited college or university.
• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, good organizational skills, and strong project management skills are also expected for this Global position
